About
My name is Gleb, and I am a strength and conditional coach. My career began with working with goalkeepers, after which I delved into the field of strength training. Since then, I have worked with clubs such as: 1. Avangard (Omsk) 2. Ryazan-VDV (VHL) 3. MHK Atlant (MHL) Now, I am ready to continue my own professional growth and to develop the athletes who train with me. I am proud that, throughout my career, the athletes I have worked with have remained free from injuries caused by a weak muscular core; they consistently improve their strength metrics over the course of the season and maintain the conditioning needed to endure long, grueling games.
Coaching philosophy
“My Coaching Principles 1. Individual Approach Every athlete has unique physiological characteristics, training history, and developmental needs. There is no universal training program. I believe that effective physical preparation begins with understanding the individual and adapting the training process accordingly. ⸻ 2. Training Must Reflect the Demands of Modern Hockey Every exercise should contribute directly to on-ice performance. My programs focus on developing the physical qualities ”
