After a long playing career( https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/57296/daniel-volrab) I have been coaching for 15 years. I am currently the Head Youth Coach at HC Děčín and the Head Coach of North Star Bohemia (a private player development team that regularly participates in tournaments in Canada). Qualifications: Holder of the highest-level "A" coaching license. Graduate of the youth national team skills program (skating, shooting).
Coaching philosophy
“I focus on developing players' skills and guiding them in the right direction. I make extensive use of small-area games, dryland training, and skill-specific drills—emphasizing skills that are actually used in game situations to ensure they are applied effectively. My approach fosters the development of both the team as a whole and the individual player. I am capable of coaching various age groups or working specifically as a skills coach.”
